GOAL: Ensures that all steps are aligned and following the policies. analytics and process improvement.
To initiate the partnership, the first month primarily involves the hiring process and setting up the necessary tools. During this period, we require a management fee of $1,000 USD.
The second month is focused on training, where you will provide documentation on processes, rules, policies, and best practices. This allows us to align our services with your requirements and create a seamless workflow.
Starting from the third month, we enter the "Nesting" phase. This phase serves as a test of the jointly created process, and any necessary adjustments are made to optimize the workflow.
From the fourth month onwards, we enter the "Live" phase, where we provide services as usual based on the agreed-upon scope and requirements.
The first six months of the live phase are crucial for identifying any potential challenges and finding resolutions together as a team. This collaborative approach ensures continuous improvement and success.
Should you wish to continue the partnership after the performance evaluation at the end of the sixth month, we offer contract renewal for another eight months, with dedicated periods for performance review and termination if needed.
