Laura Joan Bautista has been in the music industry at the young age of 5. Sent to different areas of the Philippines to compete as a professional koluratura singer, end being one of the semi-finalists of the National Koluratura Singing Contest held in the CCP theatre at 10.
At 14, she became the youngest awardee of the Natatanging Anak ng Pagbilao - MUSIC category, one of the most prestigious awards that can be given to a Philippine native in the field of arts and sciences. During her high school years, she was the host of a local TV show that was broadcasted across the Quezon Province, while also holding out performances in a national singing competition, which she ended as one of the semi-finalists.
In her early adulthood, she passed the nursing board examinations within the top 20 percentile across the nation. In her first step into a professional career at Bank of America, she continuously ranked as the top performer across the Philippine branch, and is a close competitor for the top performer across the Indian and South American branches. Within her first year in the company, at 23, she created a project that saved the corporation millions of dollars in operational costs, which then resulted in being awarded her Certified Lean Six Sigma Certified - Yellow Belt.
Laura has then branched out to becoming the Deputy Chief of Operations Officer in her next corporate position, where she created an entirely new department that is the hybrid of operations solutions, risk management, process improvement, sales, and customer service relations for their sleep clinic clinic. She has also collaborated with the IT department to create and design an integrated and robust ERM system that is used both locally and internationally by their sleep clinic clients.
Now, Laura has since created new business ventures such as Remember Me Business Consultancy Services with the President, and RememberMe Advertising, a digital marketing and advertising company that has helped local and international clients catapult their sales to new heights.
